All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax unless otherwise stated. Service pricing is available on the booking page and may vary by design or custom request.
Some services may incur additional charges based on nail design complexity or added options. These will be clearly explained before service begins.
Appointments can be booked online or in person. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, PayPay, or other accepted methods shown at checkout.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are not offered once services are rendered, but we will work to resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
For the purchase of any physical items (e.g. gift cards or nail products), items will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened, unused items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

By booking or receiving services at Sakura Nail & Spa, you agree to comply with all salon policies. Our services are intended solely for personal grooming and relaxation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who displays inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
While we aim to meet your expectations, outcomes may vary based on natural nail condition, lifestyle, and other factors. We encourage open communication during your appointment so we can tailor our services to your preferences as much as possible.
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to change without notice. Service availability may vary by date, time, or technician. Custom designs or add-ons may involve extra charges, which will be explained in advance.
From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discount codes. These offers are only valid during the promotion period and may not be combined with other offers unless specified. We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time.
We take great care to ensure safety and satisfaction, but we cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries resulting from services performed if proper pre-treatment information is not disclosed. Please inform us of any known allergies or health conditions prior to your appointment.

Appointments can be made online via our website or in person at the salon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits, but cannot be guaranteed. All online bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email or message. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us to verify that your appointment has been secured.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule depending on availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy helps compensate our team for time reserved that cannot be rebooked at short notice.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been completed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please inform our staff before leaving the salon so we can address the issue immediately.
If there is a problem with your nails within 3 days of your appointment, such as chipping or lifting, we offer one free touch-up or reapplication. This must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment and is subject to staff availability.
We accept returns for unopened, unused retail items within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. No returns will be accepted for used or opened products unless defective.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability.
Returns must be made in person at our salon location. We are unable to accept returns by post unless pre-arranged with our staff for special cases.
We strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Please speak in a calm tone and refrain from using loud voices while inside the salon.
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please silence your phone and limit calls during your appointment. Headphones are encouraged if you wish to listen to music or watch videos.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask clients to arrive with clean hands or feet for nail services. This helps ensure a safe and sanitary experience for everyone.
If you bring friends or children with you, please ensure they remain seated and quiet throughout your appointment. Children must be supervised at all times.
Food and drink (except bottled water) are not allowed in the treatment area to keep our space clean and professional.
If you have any concerns during your visit, please notify our staff immediately so we can address the issue on the spot. We value your feedback and aim to continuously improve our service.
